Independent Appraisal, LLC, is a business valuation services firm that provides objective and independent opinions on the value of ownership interest in closely held business to its clients.  We believe so strongly that being independent is the cornerstone to fairness and accuracy in business valuation that we put it in our firm's name to impart just how seriously we take our responsibility to provide truly independent business valuation services.  In order to preserve this independence, all we do is provide business valuation services – we do not provide accounting, brokerage, investment banking, or other similar services to clients.
